Through weekly career coaching sessions, clients receive hands on support with resume writing, interview preparation, and job placement services. Each participant begins with a career assessment to ensure they are pursuing the right field at the right pay, and coaches provide practical strategies for increasing wages and mapping out a long term career plan. This level of individualized support helps parents secure stable employment that matches both their skills and their goals. With a full-time employment rate of more than 90%, ADVANCE equips families with the confidence, clarity, and career readiness they need to build a secure financial future.
We also provide career training and a variety of certification programs for qualified candidates at no cost to you. Day and evening coaching is available and childcare is provided.
