A Beautiful Day of Grace and Impact
Interfaith Family Services is proud to announce that its 11th Annual Auxiliary Luncheon raised an extraordinary $221,660 to support families working to break the cycle of poverty. The event welcomed nearly 300 guests for an inspiring afternoon focused on hope, resilience, and community impact.
The luncheon, which took place on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Rosine Hall of the Dallas Arboretum brought together civic leaders, philanthropists, community partners, and dedicated supporters who share a commitment to helping families in crisis achieve long-term stability and independence. The weather was perfect and the scene was beautiful. Attendees heard powerful stories that highlighted both the challenges families face and the transformative outcomes made possible through comprehensive support services.
“The overwhelming generosity demonstrated at this year’s luncheon reflects a community that truly cares about the well-being of families and children,” said Kimberly Williams, CEO of Interfaith Family Services. “These funds will directly support programs that provide safe housing, education, workforce development, and critical resources that help families move from crisis to self-sufficiency.”
A highlight of the program was a moving personal testimony from program graduate, D’Asia Tucker , whose story illustrated the life-changing impact of Interfaith’s wraparound services. Guests also participated in a day of giving campaign and silent auction, further amplifying the event’s fundraising success.
The luncheon was chaired by Katey Plummer, whose leadership helped inspire strong attendance, community engagement, and generous support from sponsors and donors.
Funds raised will enable Interfaith Family Services to continue delivering comprehensive programs designed to empower families experiencing homelessness and financial instability, helping parents secure employment, children succeed in school, and households build lasting independence.
We are deeply grateful to our sponsors for their generosity.
