11th Annual Interfaith Auxiliary Luncheon

Event Overview

Event Chair Katey Plummer, in partnership with Interfaith Family Services, invites you to join us for the 11th Annual Auxiliary Luncheon on Friday, February 27, 2026, at The Rosine Hall at the Dallas Arboretum.

This year’s theme, Garden of Grace, celebrates the growth that happens when families are given the right tools and support to thrive. The luncheon will be an afternoon filled with inspiration, creativity, and community as we unite to help families overcome homelessness and poverty. Every ticket, table, and sponsorship supports Interfaith Family Services’ mission to empower families in crisis to break the cycle of poverty by providing housing, help, and hope.

Under Katey’s leadership, the event will reflect her deep commitment to service, creativity, and faith. Highlights will include a special auction featuring one of Katey’s original art pieces and heartfelt moments honoring the resilience and success of Interfaith graduates who have turned crisis into stability.

Join us for this inspiring afternoon to celebrate, connect, and make a lasting difference for families in need. Your participation and sponsorship will directly provide housing for families facing eviction, childcare for working parents, and career coaching for those striving toward self-sufficiency.

Meet Our Chair, Katey Plummer

We’re honored to introduce Katey Plummer, Chair of the 11th Annual Interfaith Auxiliary Luncheon.

Originally from Ruston, Louisiana, Katey has called Dallas home for the past 16 years. She and her husband, Casey, have built a vibrant and joyful life centered around their three children, Caroline, Coates, and Katherine. Between baseball games, tennis practices, and dance recitals, their family life is full of laughter, love, and purpose.

A dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and talented abstract artist, Katey brings both compassion and creativity to everything she does. When she is not caring for patients or creating art, she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, playing tennis, and embracing her favorite role as a mom.

Katey is passionate about Interfaith Family Services’ faith-based environment and its holistic approach that empowers parents and educates children to break the cycle of poverty. She believes deeply in Interfaith’s mission to provide housing, help, and hope for families in crisis, and she considers it a privilege to serve as this year’s Luncheon Chair.

This year’s luncheon will also feature a special auction of one of Katey’s original art pieces, along with a few exciting surprises guests will not want to miss.

Join Katey and the Interfaith community for an unforgettable afternoon of inspiration and impact.
