Our Wellness & Selfcare Program is designed to help you to become the best version of yourself. Designed specifically with parents in mind, our Wellness and Selfcare Coach will help you to develop a holistic plan to achieve your health and fitness goals.

To help you achieve those goals, Interfaith Family Services offers a variety of exercise classes including yoga and Zumba as well as healthy cooking and meal prep classes. Additionally, we offer on-site individual counseling, family therapy, and play therapy for children. We also offer parenting courses, credit counseling, and time management classes to help you provide practical solutions for the issues that our clients face.
