WHY ADOPT A FAMILY AT INTERFAITH?
There is a real need as family homelessness in Dallas has increased by 60% since 2010. Through the Adopt-A-Family program, you can fight family homelessness while using this program as a platform to increase social responsibility efforts, as well as, provide an avenue for team member engagement, team building, and volunteerism.
HOW IT WORKS
Your company or small group will donate $5000 to help provide a home, furnishings, and one year of support services for a homeless family that is new to Interfaith. With this sponsorship, your team has the option to actively participate in the decorating of the apartment as well as be the welcoming of the family into their new home. After which, Interfaith will provide monthly updates on the family’s progress to your group or business as well as optional quarterly activities, such as the Holiday Apartment decorating or Summer Cookout, to interact with your family.
